Shipping policy

 

All website orders are shipped same day if ordered  by 11am for next day delivery with DPD.

At times shipping can take longer but we will inform you if delays are expected.

Set Domestic Delivery Charge €8.00 0kg-20kg 

If a customer wishes to return a Hurley Or other product that is unused and unaltered a refund may be issued upon direct inspection with the receipt within 14 days from when you received the package. No Refunds for hurleys that have been customized e.g.. Grip applied or banding applied.

If returning a Hurley via post/courier please allow sufficient time for the transit of the Hurley within the 14 days.

For hurleys or other products returned via post please note the price of return shipping will not be refunded.
When you receive your Hurley please inspect the Hurley immediately for defects and to make sure you are happy with it prior to use. If you are not happy with the Hurley please contact us via email or phone.

Please note all National orders should be shipped within 10 days if you have not received your order with this timeframe please contact us ASAP as after this time we cannot take responsibility for lost deliveries.

We also will not take responsibility for incorrect shipping details supplied by the customer please double check your shipping address and eircode.

We use fastway couriers for delivery please only enter a delivery address that is occupied during the day as a signature is required.
